Luckily here in Las Vegas fleas are least likely to survive these harsh dry weather conditions so this type of treatment isn’t really necessary for our local pets. But if you plan on taking your pets on a trip to California and other nearby humid areas where fleas are more populated then it’s recommended for at least a single dose treatment of flea and tick prevention before your trip.
